Recently, GrandSeiko has released a new SpringDriveGMTSBGE249 limited edition watch. This watch is equipped with a stunning textured dial and three blue-steel hands (seconds hand, second time zone hand, and memory display hand). The watch is limited to 250 pieces, each with a unique number, and is sold by TimelessLuxury, an authorized retailer of GrandSeiko.
The new limited edition watch combines the most refined dials in contemporary watchmaking, flawlessly polished hands, and a movement that still stands at the forefront of modern high-end watchmaking technology. All in all, this is a typical GrandSeiko watch. The watch is equipped with the SpringDriveGMTCaliber9R66 movement, which can provide up to 72 hours of power reserve, and the average daily error can be maintained within ± 1 second. Through the sapphire crystal case back, you can admire the exquisite finishing of the movement, while the case back is also decorated with the famous crown blue lion emblem.
The design of the unique dial is inspired by the snowstorm in Shinshu, Japan. Shinshu is also home to the Seiko Epson factory. The creation of the new watch continues the GrandSeiko’s long-standing tradition of drawing inspiration from nature and Japan’s rich landscape. At the same time, the silver-white dial is also embellished with multiple blue details, combined with the mirror-polished finishing indexes, adding more subtle colors to the dial.
